Critics have similar taste, 99% of critics thought the film was good. The percentage does not indicate how good they though it was.
The public on the other hand will have much more divergent opinions because of the personal reasons they had to not like the film which is why it has 10 points less in approval rating.
If you look at the average rating though, it actually has a higher score for the audience. 4.3/5 = 8.6/10 compared to the critics' 8.2/10

Thing is this was legitimately one of the best films of the year. There are plenty of terrible films made by black people, Soul Plane ect. Those got destroyed by critics. I think you're looking for bias where there is none.
