I think it's just the disbelief that the place was a REAL restaurant that served actual people that shit. Actually watched this ep all the way through.
I love the student-mentor dynamic between the head chef and Ramsey. Really enjoy watching two intelligent people that are both passionate about the culinary art with wildly different approaches. Almost felt as if I learned some greater lessons just by watching this episode.

I love these shows, because everything that's wrong with these restaurants is the exact same every time. The owners/head chef are complete head cases that can't be told they're wrong and refuse to accept advice or criticism in any form. They always say their food is amazing and look at everything falling apart and can't take responsibility.

It's a nice insight on the human condition. This bitch was probably divorced like 5 times and will never admit she was ever to blame, the guys were always jerks that couldn't handle a strong woman.
