My all time favorite movie. The last two hours were kind of slow, but still.

My only regret was that Sono had a few missed opportunities. For example, the winner of the upskirt contest should have won by accidentally snapping a pic of a girl NOT wearing underwear for once. Also, the panties that made Yu go back to his old self in the insane asylum should have been the same panties he stole from Yoko.

I watched the behind the scenes and Sono Sion was pretty harsh with Yoko. And yet for some reason he had her come back for his next movie "Extention" I think.

I enjoyed the Jap's taking interest in such a western thing like christianity. It made me feel like the movie was one huge shout out to the west. Also, Sion's obsession with bible verses. I know he is a professional poet besides a director, and the fact that he had that huge verse recitation makes he think he was impressed with the bible.

The special effects sucked, and the last scene where he storms Zero church and goes on a killing rampage could have been bigger, but I guess they ran out of money. All his fucking movies have awful special effects.

Also Sion has been getting worse at directing it seems, and he was pretty bad to begin with. Tag for example sucked. but oh well.

The first hour to hour and a half of this movie is just exhilarating, the energy and pace is so high and fast.

He's just been cranking out too many movies too quickly Takashi Miike style lately. The ones that he actually takes his time with and gives the attention they deserve still turn out great. Why Don't You Play in Hell and The Whispering Star were both fantastic and I've heard good things about Antiporno.

Worst fucking piece of shit movie I have ever seen. 4h hours of nothing but "wow so crazy" stupid scenes and horrible film-making.
It represents the worst of what Japan can produce. I hate Sion Sono and if you liked this garbage you should consider suicide.
