The Mondasian design is frightening not because it looks less robotic than the others, but because while looking less robotic, the human beneath isn't shown. Coupled with the graphic descriptions of what happened in the conversion process, your mind begins to imagine a horrific looking body remaining beneath the suit.

With the Cyberwoman design from Torchwood, you get a girl in a robot bikini. Nothing about the exposed parts of her looks any different from when she was a human. There's no sign of any conversion or "mutilation," and if anything it only takes away from the illusion that underneath the suit is a potentially mangled person, because you have constant visible proof that there is in fact not one.

Kill the Moon actually did a decent job on that front. Only the Doctor, Clara, and the black chick I've scrubbed out of my memory wore the orange suits, everyone else wore new spacesuits. They're wearing the suits as soon as they get out of the Tardis, because those are the suits the Doctor has in the Tardis. It actually makes sense.
This season, there were totally new Spacesuits in Oxygen, and again in Empress of Mars. Different ones in both episodes.

Besides Kill the Moon, Sherwood and In the Forest of the Night Series 8 was utter Kino. And within those three bad episodes there were some great moments apart from the shite main story.

Only episodes I don't like in series 9 are the Girl Who Died/Lived and I thought Face the Raven was boring but I enjoyed the talks of immorality in the woman who lived and the goodbye to clara in face the raven.

Series 10, I only like the Pilot, first half of Smile and Empress of Mars and WEAT. Found all the others to be forgettable.

The Doctor gets given River's remaining regeneration in Let's Kill Hitler, and The Doctor gives River a little regeneration energy to heal her broken wrist in The Angels Take Manhattan.
Paul McGahn regenerated into John Hurt in The Night of the Doctor, and we saw John Hurt start regenerating in The Day of the Doctor.

The only one that I really take issue with his the whole Tesselecta thing, but that's more just because it was a shit plot arc than cheating with regeneration. The rest is pretty justified, nothing Meta-Crisis Ten tier.

-he likes black holes so he got a kick out of time dilation being used as a plot point, and figured it out before 12 explained it
-he predicted that Mr Razor was going to die
-pic related was when he figured out it was cybermen and he freaked out
-he didn't catch onto the simm reveal during the razor/missy dialogue
-when the master took his mask off, it took him a couple seconds to process what he had just seen before he reacted at all - I had to confirm to him that it was actually the master because he was thinking there was no way it could be true
-the reveal that bill was the cyberman was an 'oh fuck' moment

Afterwards he said it was probably one of the best doctor who episodes he's seen
he still doesn't like capaldi tho
his favourite moment was missy dabbing, he even made a snapchat of it afterwards because he liked it so much

Decent. Because series 1-4 weren't filmed in HD, they aren't really "HD," It's clearly just upscaled. It looks better than the DVD release, but not by much.
