All this talk of more Spin-offs under Chibnall is true. There are a number under consideration and development.

A U.N.I.T spin-off similar to Torchwood but on a more ''global'' scale. No Osgood or kate, aimed at late teens/adults. Think the agency from Hellboy dealing with the supernatural and Aliens.

There is a Master Spin-off in the planning stages, 1 series is being considered and more if successful. It is different from the main show and is aimed as a family show but pushes what can be shown for that age range. Simm is in talks to star for the first series.

Moffat wants to develop a paternoster gang series set in Victorian England, Silurians are being considered as the shows villains. But Moffat has no plans to make it anytime soon.,

I got tired of the doctor being the most important being the universe. RTD and Moffat being superfans clearly look up to the character and love him showing off.

I am aware that it does make sense within the universe itself but that might make it worse, knowing that the show can't really get away from it. Then again people say canon doesn't matter they could just treat the Doctor as newer character to the universe and either let people theorise online or hope they don't notice too much.

Because Moffat said he's working with Chibnall to make the regeneration different this time, we've already got a glimpse of him regenerating and there's rumors he'll change his face to Marshall then snap back because he's holding it back. Nobody knew back when the article was posted that there'd be a regen in the finale, yet there is. They're either in the know or really good at guessing.

The only times he's said something ("don't put money on it yet") is to an australian newspaper in an interview for death in paradise and today saying "don't bank on it" if it wasn't him surely he would've denied it the day the rumour spread?
