I think they almost certainly did. Nothing we see in Westworld says that guests can't murder the kids, surely rape is on the table to. The show simply didn't bother saying this explicitly because of the controversy it would cause, as well as potential legal issues (filming a person under 18 having sex can land you 20 years in prison in the United States).
