SM2 was fucking trash. I watched all three in theaters and 2 was the worst since you could make fun of 3 and 1 was campy. 2 poorly utilized its best asset (Alfred Molina) and spent the vast majority of its time wasting shots on Peter's flip-flopping about whether he wanted to be a superhero and a ham-fisted romance between Peter and MJ.

Modern comic movies just don't have the heart and emotion that Raimi's Spider-man did. CGI no-consequence fight scenes and one-liners just don't quite cut it.
