While it could be decent the problem is it demands a completely different approach and writing style due to genre differences. Stephan King is known for Horror but I doubt he's very good with Sci-Fi and the same applies here. Chin Balls could be very good there but his writing for Doctor Who has been piss poor and that is where I judge him.

Well she's a Time Lady for one. She also was never deeply explored like The Master, despite being shown as having a similarly long relationship with the Doctor in her debut story. Her whole deal in the Mark of the Rani was showcasing her amorality vs the Master's immorality. Sometimes her goals could line up with the Doctor's, but she lived only to pursue her own experiments, regardless of the consequences as the episode showed. Time and the Rani is shit and should be ignored, however.

Not like she's realistically going to return, though. Missy is already a softcore version of the Rani with how chummy they are.

Not just the "official" Unbound Doctors, but also any alternate, non-main 14 Doctors, including the Fatal Death Doctors, the Cabinet Of Light Doctor, the Nick Briggs Doctor from those Audiovisual stories, the Merlin Doctor...etc, as well as original Doctors.

The Sensorites is underrated. I remember it having a bad reputation but the story is solid and the Sensorites themselves are an interesting design and their culture/society is fleshed out well. They feel like the show's first proper aliens and they're pretty good.
