I recommend all seasons of Mad Men, it starts off slow but you get very attached to the characters after a while.

I was going to post this. Season 2 was disappointing but it elaborated on the story a little bit more, which was nice. Season 3 was just terrible and I honestly don't think it had a single redeeming quality.
