The main problem would probably be the villains. I can see them pulling off the Jokerz but how the fuck could you do Blight without assloads of CG. He's the closest thing to a main villain for the series, too.

Inque would be easy to do though, with proper CGI and use of fluid special effects a convincing black liquid entity could be done.

I honestly don't think blight would be that difficult to pull off. Make it so the skin is left on and then have the glow be sectioned of to grooves and cracks. Then again I'm not a make/costume guy so maybe I'm just ignorant.
