Yes. It's a very enjoyable film and one of the best of 2017. The GotG franchise ia currently better than the Star Wars franchise and certainly feels more "natural" and stand-alone than any other Marvel or Disney franchise. You can definately see James Gunn (and everyone else involved) put a lot of love into it. Anyone who hates this film is a bitter tryhard or a pretentious hipster.

Guardians 2 has a better story, better villain, tsundere Rocket, fuckups that have actual consequences, and better-used music. It does have a few too many jokes but most of them are because of the aforementioned tsundere and his massive emotional problems.
