Transformers (2007)

I feel like only the second one is shit while the other ones are ok blockbusters. They get too much hate really. In this age where everyone seems fine with Marvels, I don't see why Transformers is any worse.

Every fucking apolagist post brings up Marvel, just shows how shit these movies are that you have to resort to that. In a Marvel movie there isn't weed, pee, or stereotype centered comedy. The movie revolves around the title character. I can tell who is who. They utilize the lore instead of coming up with inane bullshit like King Arthur. They have a "formula" but dont literally reuse the exact same plot each time. I could go on but those basics alone seperate them and you would have to be tone deaf or the most pretentious person on the planet to fail to see these distinguishes. They get the exactly appropriate amount of hate, and I dont care that its popular to say that or that Bay has a distinct style. Bay reuses the exact same shots, emotional highs, jokes, action scenes, to the point that I have trouble remembering which happened in which movie. He doesn't have the excuse of them each technically being different franchises because its 4 movies with the same title.
