1x at first, switching to 1.25x as soon as it gets boring. I consider it a good movie if I stay at 1x all the way to the end. If it's still boring at 1.25x speed it's dropped. And TV shows (i.e. YouTube shows) are watched at 1.5x speed because they're usually slow paced.

And music is listened to at 1.1x, with no pitch correction. Doom metal is an exception because it's supposed to be slow, and speedcore is another exception because it's already fast enough.
