2bh its because they released it on a Wednesday instead of a Friday. The film was really entertaining, but it's an acquired taste just like the 4th one. For me, I started off liking the 1st but hating the rest. Then I rewatched the them and look past whats on the screen and appreciate Bay's shooting style and how he can intentionally go all out crazy on humor and action. He knows its ridiculous, it like those Crank movies. Bay's a genius.
