I think OLLA is potentially interesting only because it's a very basic metaphor for his relationship with Sara Driver. And for "vampirism", read "heroin". Nobody has said this publicly but it's not hard to put together.

Saw this at TIFF. whole cast and crew were there.

It's boring and pretentious. Nearly fell asleep watching this shit.

Should be called Only Losers Left Awake.

I took it as a metaphor for dying subcultures. But yeah, it's one of my favorite films. Powerful atmosphere and soundtrack. Hiddleston's character is pretty pretentious, but that's the point, and Swinton balances his character very well. Sounds like you like Jarmusch. Why bother asking us if it's worth watching.
