The problem with Jimmy is that he, as Mike once said, is always taking half-measures.
Always half measures, never full measures.
When he does something bad, he needs to follow through to the end like Walt did. Like Mike does. When Mike does something bad he doesn't later go and regret it and try to solve it. He did get that innocent motorist killed but, again, Mike doesn't look back in regret because he's already done something horrible and now there's no going back.
Jimmy's half measures end up with him doing horrible things and he doesn't even profit from them later so they end up being a huge waste of his time and resources, and in the end he's a horrible person anyway despite him sacrificing so much to fix it.
He needs pick one already; to follow through with his schemes or fly the straight and narrow, otherwise he'll always end up losing.
