It's underrated but it's not as good as the first one. The first half of the film is great.

People are automatically going to hate a sequel to a "classic" for not being as good. Just because it's not as good as an all time great film doesn't mean it's bad. Predator 2 falls into the same category
Sure it's not as great as the arnold one but it's a real worthy continuation of the story and doesn't just rehash the original
