Good. He's a better writer than Justin Roiland. They need each other to make a decent show.

Roiland fills in for Harmons lack of creativity and Harmon reels Roiland in from doing shitty episodes like the ones written when Harmon was away in mid- Season 2.

Furthermore, Mr. Poopybutthole mentions at the end of season 2 that we wouldn't see season 3 for "a year and a half... or longer" meaning they're literally right on schedule
