Should I be excited for this?
It seems like one of those movies that could really sneak up on you, top something like Avatar/Fifth Element while not having much fanfare until it hits.
What do you guys think of Luc Besson, the source material and his passion for it? Could he knock it out of the park Fifth Element style?
The actor choice is fucking weird, he's great, she's god awful but they look like brother & sister, could fuck the movie?
I really hope this doesn't bomb
I don't want to see europacorps filling bankrupcy

I'm personally stoked for it.
I want it to be successful so we can move away capeshit and get more space opera.
Also who knows maybe we could also get an adaptation of Jodorowsky's comics.
>the shilling in this thread
are you guys even trying anymore?
Nobody should be excited for a Luc Besson, the guy is a major hack and all his movies are plagiarized.
Look at the cast, Carla Delvine, LOL, I bet he thought she was going to be something after Suicide Squad. Why does she get cast? She can't act and looks like a boy. Then you have diet DiCaprio, guy is bland as hell

>Cara
I'm not going to see it. Wtf were they thinking? Literally can't act.
>$180m budget
is this going to be one of the biggest scams of the year?

Cara is CUTE!
>>84123008
If this does well, surely there's sequels in the pipeline in the same universe/same characters or is this just a once off comic adaptation?
>>84123210
Definitely the biggest worry, how can it be the biggest indie gamble with a $180mil budget and cast....fucking Cara
>>84123290
They can definitely make sequels as the series it's based on is pretty long.

She's a goblin!

Izzat my girl?

I like girls who look like girls, not androgynous boys
They revoked my free screening ticket. They probably know it's going to bomb.
