I stopped tipping because a cunt pizza driver delivered to my house a few times in a row. Keep in mind this particular chain includes a "delivery fee" that goes to the driver. One time I happened to be drunk and in a good mood so I tipped him a $10.

Fuckin the next time I order a pizza, I only toss him a couple bucks and he gets this look on his face and says "last time you tipped me $10"

It's like fuck you buddy.

A good one who can steadily keep moving customers in/out will make the equivalent of between $40-$70 an hour easily, and will probably only report the tips they get from credit card slips accurately, hence the 2.13 an hour that pretty much all goes straight to the federal/state taxes.

Nobody is legally obligated to tip. We tip food servers because they're paid below minimum wage and they are supposed to make up the rest in tips. This *should* give them incentive to perform better at their job. Note-this applies to people that are actually waiting on your table, not people standing behind a counter making your coffee like OP's picture.
