Yes, dat ending indeed.

By the time black scientist died I was starting to get a bit bored. You could tell they were running out of ideas and the rest of the film would be waiting around for the finale.

The ending was horrifying in a similar way to Alien Covenant but it still came across as forced, unnecessary, and frankly just cruel. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth and makes the entire film seem pointless.

The movie felt like it was six hours long, as somehow, despite only being 90 minutes, the fact everyone was so utterly and completely stupid seemed to make every scene last forever.
