He purposefully endangers people by withholding information about the killers and calling the police only when they're in a populated area by the restaurant, just so he could manipulate a more exciting story and also gets Rick killed on purpose because Rick demanded to stop getting exploited and be treated like a partner, which they pretty much were in terms of the actual work. Not to mention sabotaging his competitor's van so it would crash and then filming it for extra footage to sell.
