Need help with this naming this fucked up movie. No one has EVER been able to tell me what it is.
About eleven years ago I watched this on Encore/Stars late at night. It was fair quality, not a porn, similar to something like saw.
A woman and a man were strapped to a surgeon doctor table against there will while a crazed doctor performed plastic surgery on the woman. He stuck a hose into one of her buttocks and began sucking out fat from it.
Someone comes in to save them and the crazed surgeon claims "this is what the patient has requested." The woman begins screaming she didn't want this done.
Ringing a bell with any movie buffs out there?

It's not the dentist, it's like that, but it's a surgeon doing it all.
