Let me explain you fucking virgins.

He is:

- Piercingly perceptive. He knows exactly what's in Underwood's heads which rarely happens with people.
It's always seductive when somebody knows exactly who you are behind the bullshit

- Firm. He stands his ground. Not only does he push an outrageous deal on Frank (instead of biography propaganda of AmWorks it's just about him and his wife) but he makes it extremely fucking unappealing totally fucking him over because it's the truth and he cares about the story

- Good listener. He lets people be themselves (in fact he almost demands it), which creates intimacy and trust.

- In touch with emotions. Something everybody values, but for Underwoods who are used to suppressing them, it's extremely fucking cashy.

Beau says that Frank fucks people only based on trust - gender doesn't matter.

For Clair he's basically the second Adam. Artistic, emotional, real, authentic, WARM.
