Shit movie but the nuke part was genuinely suspenseful and the ending was interesting and funny

I get what they were doing (it's a zombie movie with aliens instead of zombies) but literally everything except the cgi and a couple of scenes is shit

Basically, yea.
I enjoyed that even when we shoved a nuke up their ass, the mothership just ended up regenerating because hey, fuck your earth weapons.
If they're technologically advanced enough to make it to earth, it'd be a little dumb to think that anything we have would ever really work against them.
