Looking people in the eye is real easy when you figure out other people are just like you too. I used to be weak in eye contact game but I can now hold eye contact ez.
Just lock your facial expression (make sure it isn't retarded in the first place) and look them in the eye. You will find many will break contact first and a lot of the ones who hold will then proceed to smile so you smile back, you can do the same reversely. Of course you can't win all eye contact battles and you will find yourself breaking some first but for me it's not as often as it was when I couldn't hold eye contact.

No you look straight in front of you and you are going to look into people's faces. This is when eye contact happens. When I say holding eye contact I mean this exact moment. Not standing there and just staring at their eyes.
