I'd want Dooku to be a Jedi in Episode 1 and show his turn to the dark side. Or at least imply it, then show he's turned in Episode 2. Fleshes him out more and makes better use of him.

Biggest mistake not bringing him back for E II, even with the retarded robolegs from the cartoon. Could actually make sense as foreshadowing Anakin's eventual fate. That would have been some pottery.

Either change the plot of a movie or add an additional film to show off the galaxy. After watching The Clone Wars, it makes me realize how they wasted this vast galaxy at their disposal.
