I'm thinking of a movie but I can't think of the title. Here's what I remember.

>The movie follows an assassin.
>He's trying to kill a political figure, I think French but I'm not 100% sure
>He has to go from place to place throughout europe getting pieces of the gun to assemble it.
>all the while police are chasing him across europe
>theres a scene where he's shirtless spraypainting a car, and one where he's in the woods testing the gun
