Was Bill Hicks a talentless hack?

He makes interesting points but sometimes veers off the edge. Not sure what to make about that Sandy Hook stuff.

He was embarrassingly edgy. He was like George Carlin times 5. Way too much so he just came off as an auismo.

I imagine the niche that admired him back then did so because speaking your unintelligent opinion to the masses is easier now compared to back then.

Interesting points but really does nothing with them. A bad mix of not funny and too edgy.

It's good that he died though, he peaked early and him dying young brought him undeserved attention.
