I do my part in lauding his work both here and IRL, planting the seeds of appreciation which should one day bloom into this man getting his due. Maybe it'll take some time, but we'll look back at BvS as one of the finer films of the decade, capturing the zeitgeist and challenging the medium.

hopefully his daughter's death will allow him to crank out some true tragikino. literally every director and artist in hollywood should be forced to go through some horrible life trauma

every director you love has had several films that were poorly received on release. kubrick being the obvious example. nobody is ever appreciated by their contemporaries.
