Luke is Snoke and has been playing The First Order and Resistance against one another, because reasons or maybe the Force needs conflict to fuel it and make it stronger.

Luke/Snoke manipulated Ben into murdering his pupils to set him off to what he is now so he'd be much easier to seduce to the dark side. Snoke has apparently been watching Ben since birth to seduce him but it makes no sense with how he's know who he was unless it was Luke.

Luke/Snoke's main goal is to create a garden of Eden type thing with both Ben and Rey and vanishes them both mysteriously to a secret location while the rest of the galaxy burns around them..The garden is also going to act as a bomb shelter type thing.

The only problem with the Luke is snoke theory, is they obviously are different people. Snoke is a real being. He's taller than Luke and not human. So I think it would be more like Luke is allied with Snoke.
