P.R.C. =/= Ancient China

The P.R.C. is less than 70 years old, and a couple of decades in, they decided to 'destroy' all of their traditional culture and embrace Maoism full force. It didn't go so well. They're literally a shell of their former self. A modern day Chinaman has no culture--they're zombie.

Ironically when the ancient Chinese did interact with ancient Roman culture, they were pretty impressed by the Roman republican system and they probably saw Ancient Rome as a superior civilisation.
