The only thing 1 did wrong was the confusing action when two transformers were rolling around up close. Three was bretty gud but lacked charm. 2 had just god awful story but the constructacons cameo was neat although short lived. 4 was an absolute travesty and it's a shame that it's even apart of the series. You had robots in the first three that had humanoid form sure but they were just robots and aliens at that with their own unique look. Now in 4 we have metal beards and robot cigars? Fucking samurais? They are aliens in their humanoid form it didn't make any fucking sense!!! And the whole part where they are on the ship is like 40 minutes of filler just so Marky Mark can get a space gun. And WTF WAS THE DINOSAUR PART?? OP just walks in and instantly knows ancient languages and then that shit happens? Fucking terrible.

I saw The Last Knight. It's better than 4,3,2 but not so much better than the first one. The fight scenes and visuals are better than all 4 films and the story is ok. It's too much stuff going on but it's ok. It's a good movie. It will make for sure 1 billion maybe even 2 billion.

I enjoyed fight scenes in 2 more (shanghai, forest, egypt parts) but 1 is the only watchable one

I've literally enjoyed every film in this franchise. Mr. Bay is a master of his craft, the art of destruction. People quibbling over muh script need to realize the real purppse behind these movies and thats to show off Bays skills with special effects . I appreciate such dedication at the expense of everything else for a true artist cares not about the opinions of anyone he makes his work for himself.
