I liked 3. Setting up Keri Russell's character getting rescued in the first act and then doing a bait & switch by killing her 5 minutes after they rescue her was great. Plus it gave us Benji.

And Phillip Seymour Hoffman delivered one of the top 10 villain performances of the last 10 years

5 was good but I felt like it was a bit overrated and I wasn't a big fan of Rebecca Ferguson's character so I'm not really looking forward to seeing her again, but the action sequences were all kino.

I have literally zero memory at all of who the villain was in 4 but every other aspect of the movie was so great that it doesn't matter to me. It sucks that Brad Bird was the frontrunner to direct The Force Awakens but couldn't because he was busy with Tomorrowland.
