I think the roadhouse and the bookhouse represent mortal versions of the black and white lodges along with the waiting area. The roadhouse is the waiting area (main roadhouse bar and entertainment) and the black lodge (pink room), and from this the bookhouse would have to correspond to the white lodge. I haven't watched any of the new episodes yet, but it seems like the white lodge if fitting this parallel comparison would be a place of high order which can be corrupted as shown by Truman's actions on the bookhouse after Josie goes missing and the Black Lodge is a place which needs inhabitants to remain intact.

Can't remember if the bookhouse is close to the roadhouse (I'm pretty sure it is), but the roadhouse and the bookhouse are really close to each other in real life. The closeness of the black and white lodges would parallel the distance between these locations if you want more possible evidence of this.
