Was it as good as they say?

i have my doubts.

maybe people were too surprised it turned out okay-ish, which is something nobody expected from a DC movie at this point

but then again i didn't watch it, so why am i even giving my opinion

It's ok to pretty good, pretty straight ahead superhero flick. Better than Russocrap, not as good as Snyderkino.

The plot was paper thin and full of holes. The script was pretty poor. Supporting actors especially felt like they were phoning it in (could be lack of characterization or screentime). The main villain's motivations and powers were sketch af.

But Gal Gadot was charming and carried the show and the director was smart to keep her the center of attention.

I think you went to see The Mummy 'cause none of that is true for this movie.

Anyway, most reviews say it's a good enough movie, and it is. Not amazing, it's got flaws but it's a good superhero film.
