you guys got any recs for good budget lenses? I want to cover all my bases without spending a ton of money on lenses, thinking around £100 or less for each.
So far i'm looking at canon eof and fd lenses.
Using a gh2 btw
Used my own funds to bootstrap a crew of beginners and am directing a micro-budget crime feature; we're currently filming every weekend of this month. Lost two days of filming, first was from being ambushed by cops and kicked out of a location for no permit, and secondly, my DOP had an accident.
Because of this, I've been a little obsessed this week in predicting everything that could go wrong, and setting aside some costly countermeasures to keep things from falling apart. Here's hoping this weekend goes off without a hitch.
Spent three hours yesterday fucking with a green screen to insert myself into Revenge of the Sith.

Working on various ideas. Too lazy to actually write them out as proper scripts though.

You should really press all the filming days together as close as possible. I understand that it might be difficult but it really is the only way to make it work. In terms of not wasting money and keeping the quality at a high level.
But anyways respect that you are doing it this way.

made this music video for one of my songs recently:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upbYPgeB78g
used a GH4 with the kit 14-42mm lens, used my friend (the one in the vid) as an """"actor"""", mostly guerrilla filmmaking, location scouting and quickly filming the shots I needed and leaving as fast as possible (also pretty pressed for time since the only lights I had were two desk lamps in the room scene so everytime I shot outside I shot for an hour and a half near sunset)
took me about 4 days worth of filming spread out over 2 weeks.
I'd appreciate some feedback from you bros.
