all of s1 is pretty good

I feel like it's kind of cheesy. I'm not even being a contrarian - I enjoyed the show. The christmas special is their best work. My main complaint is that they are pretty heavy-handed. All the tech is contrived and heavy-handed and the plotlines are so far from subtle it's kind of insulting. Other than that good show.

Agreed. It's not a bad show, but I don't get why people call it kino. I don't think it's THAT good.
