Just finished it last night. Really wish they wouldn't have glossed over so many of the questions that arose throughout the show though.

I guess that's the secret to writing a mysterious show, just have a bunch of random unexplained shit happen, and never bother to explain any of it.

The end of S3:E5 made it all worth watching for me though.
