So tell me how the fuck the pages in the sheriff's restroom are supposed to be Laura's? It makes SOME sense since they're in the woman's restroom but we never see Laura go to the police station so basically we're supposed to believe that at some point after her dream but before she was killed she made some notes about the dream and stuffed them in the door (as opposed to the million other things she could do with them, like also give them to Harold).

I honestly hope these aren't Laura's notes about the dream because it would be pretty dumb. Feel like I'm getting FROSTED.

Windom Earle is undoubtedly the best part of season two, he works in both aspects of Lynch's dualistic vision, surreal comedy and surreal horror. Windom Earle's disguises are the comfiest part of the show, having to spot him each episode was a true challenge. On the serious side of things Windom Earle is a lovecraftian hero who goes rogue from the FBI to find the truth about project bluebook. What is great about his dealings with the black lodge is that he has no master plan in mind at all. All he wants from the "end of the world" is man to man revenge on agent Cooper who had an affair with his life. Cooper broke Windom's life and Windom wants to break his. It is refreshing to have a villain with motives which are not world-changing nor unmotivated. His death is also one of the best parts of S2 because it reminds us Bob is the one to really fear and humbles Windom by showing him he is still and always was out of his depth meddling with a world not made for men. The pajamas in the flute scene symbolize the skin of man he is trapped in, lookig like human skin for its color and shape but also epitomizing human invention: clothing, and the flute acts a talisman into which he puts this humanity. Like Captain Ahab casting off his pipe before embarking on his suicidal voyage, Wyndhom Eaal plays his flute as one last praise of mankind before plunging headfirst into the judgement of gods and the infinite and unknown of the spiritual realm.
