DON'T READ THIS FOR SPOILERS: Nacho is definitely going to die in episode 10. He accidentally leaked a letter Bob Odenkirk wrote for him when they finished filming Season 3, Odenkirk explicitely told him "thank god for flashbacks" or something similar. It's been a while since I've seen it but it's 100% confirmed.
