Probably not, no.

The problem is that most memes are based on copyrighted material. While you can kind of get away with that if you're just selling crappy merch at a shit convention (and I mean shitty convention, because any good con cracks down on blatant copyright infringement), you're really not going to be able to make a movie from memes without paying a ton of people off. Let's use OP's image as an example, shall we?
