It was new and interesting for Beetlejuice, Nightmare before Christmas, and Batman Returns. But people stopped being amazed by it by Sleepy Hollow and Corpse Bride, and he kept on doing it some more with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Dark Shadows. Frankenweenie was just beating a dead horse.
