I'll say this when censors made Lynch edit the Bobby Peru scene in WILD AT HEART, that felt like a crime against art, but I think I finally reached the limit of what I can handle, you leave the kids out of it. There are certainly some interesting things going on this season - an abundance of Black Lodge, the glass box, Evil Cooper, strange murders, etc. - but Dougie-Coop is absolutely unwatchable.

Those scenes are not challenging anything other than the audience's patience. One can only wonder what Kyle MacLachlan was thinking to himself during the weeks upon weeks he was filming these scenes.

I loved the first three episodes and thought four and five were pretty good. But last nights' episode felt like watching a glacier flow.

Let's hope Cooper returns to competence in lucky episode 7. If not, I'm all for little "Ike the Spike" killing him to allow Hawk to take charge of the series.
