Get the Japanese Blu-ray or the British Blu-ray, they have the orchestral score in both of them, but the extra dialogue is still removed from both versions.

I know he loves planes, that's why so many of his films are flight related and why he wanted to end his career on The Wind Rises. In fact, aside from Cagliostro, Mononoke and Ponyo, all his films are flight-related and flight-inflicted, so that's not really an argument.
