That doubled the gross and saved james bond after dwindling performance all through the moore/dalton era.

First of all its goldfinger that literally uses melodies from the original Dr.No theme, not goldeneye. You seem to hate it for who wrote it, because you seem certain that a broken clock can't be right twice a day. How about telling me what's actually wrong with the song. Hint: It's not tuneless.

They are extremely similar songs. Goldeneye is mostly orchestral instruments and also has a strong reliance on brass. They both have strong female singer, and they both rip it at the end. They probably intended to make another song like goldfinger when they wrote it.

Just watch all the Roger Moore ones, especially Moonraker (best Bond film). Pierce Brosnan wasn't bad either. Daniel Craig is worst Bond.

1) Objective based fps
2) Positional damage with hollywood death animations, not to mention the whole playing a movie aesthetic. Shit like shooting a lock to open a gate.

Quake is a better shooter but they're so different that usual "hurr PC had FPS first" doesn't apply here. Same goes for Halo. People liked that game for fun vehicles and instant grenades. PC fps players don't get that because they didn't actually have friends and didn't actually play halo.
