So who is even in the avengers right now? Almost all "normal" avengers sided with Cap in Civil war. Spider-man clearly isn't an avengers yet. War Machine is crippled. Black Panther did a one-time-deal in civil war. Romanoff betrayed Tony, so she should be on the run right now.

Vision doesn't use weapons, so is all of this just for Tony?

I am looking forward to Spider-Man Homecoming. Kevin Feige has masterfully done another bout of worldbuilding by having Michael Keaton's gang find alien technology left over from Avengers (2012).
