What's the appeal of this show?

The humor

I like David Mitchell in David Mitchell's Soapbox and in interviews, but I can't stand the staring right into the camera in Peep Show.

It's too much eye contact.

I particularly enjoy how he compares his love life to famous historical battles.

It's just a relatable loser comedy. An English version of george costanza to an extent.

It really is like an English Costanza living with an English Jerry except Jerry quit his job to be a layabout who fucks good. Also I never thought of Super Hans as a Kramer type until now but there it is.
