I never understood why people were so butthurt about aliens in the movie, too. Like, Orthodox Judaism, Hinduism, and Christianity all being simultaneously true is fine but ayys are too far out? Fuck off

Agreed. It wasn't as good as the classic Indy movies, but it was still enjoyable in its own right. The refrigerator scene though admittedly was laughably dumb.

Which is ironic since Lucas only wrote parts of the script while David Koepp and Philip Kaufman did most of the work.
