Bruce Lee is a nobody and there was ample time for him to show actual fighting skill or ability by ACTUALLY FIGHTING. He never did that atleast on film and all the anecdotes in the world will lead me to believe he's the fighter he's held up to be.

fighting 10 guys of any size is pretty much a death sentence
i know pretty much everyone here (including myself) is really out of shape and has no real experience fighting, but people can take a punch, even if the guy is huge. maybe if it was 50 bruce lee's, but even then...
just imagine 50 bruce lee's, the stamina required to beat every 1 of them into submission (keep in mind this isn't an anime and the lee's won't go down with a single swipe) while 4 others are clawing at your back and kicking at your ass and head, then double that.
